RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. In charge of stock allocation and stock transfer between warehouse and outlets.
2. In charge of cost computation and input stock details into the inventory system for stock received from local/overseas suppliers on a timely manner and to ensure full compliance of proper documentation.
3. In charge of wholesales customers; allocate goods and issue invoices to customers.
4. Coordinate between warehouse and outlets to ensure the goods are being delivered and received accurately.
5. Assist in stock discrepancies investigation.
6. Handles stock adjustment; stock write off; goods return and inventory location transfer.
7. Liaise with suppliers and Merchandising Department on any outstanding issue eg. shortage of goods;  return of goods; pricing error etc.
8. Liaise with freight forwarders on issues relating to incoming shipments and custom declaration.
9. Ensure timely updates to Warehouse Manager and Merchandising Department on shipment arrivals.
10. To assist the Accounts Manager to coordinate and conduct the Company’s annual physical stocktake exercise.
11. Timely filing of inventory documents.

REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS

1. Min O Level.
2. At least 2 years of working experience required.
3. Committed; meticulous and responsible individual with analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Able to work in a fast pace environment.
5. Able to communicate in English.
6. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Words, Outlook etc )
7. 5 days’ work week.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a Retail Assistant, responsible for selling and explaining the functions and qualities of good, assisting customers by pointing out or demonstrating features and merits, managing and maintaining store display standards and arrangement of merchandise as well as stock/shelves replenishment.

REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS

No experience required. Able to stand and walk for hours to attend to customers. Work 7.33 hours a day, 6-day work week with rotating shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a cashier, assist customers in the in-store checkout process, attend to customers’ queries and implement current promotional events during the checkout process.

REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS

No experience required. Pleasant, polite and customer service oriented. Work 7.33 hours a day, 6 days per week with rotating shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Follow delivery schedule, stock orders, instructions from Warehouse Manager and respective supervisors. Ensure timely deliveries every day.

2. Work with driver, warehouse and outlet staff, to load and unload goods properly and efficiently.

3. Assist the driver to ensure safety at all times, when driving, parking, loading and unloading.

4. Work carefully to avoid losses or damages of vehicle, equipment, goods and other items.

5. Perform any other task to facilitate warehouse and company’s operations.

REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS

Relevant experience preferred but not necessary.

Physically healthy. Able to handle large quantity of stock on a daily basis, using hand-carry, trolleys, pallet jets & other equipment.

Preferably able to speak and understand simple English.

Possess a good and positive work attitude.

Able to communicate, work well with colleagues and follow company’s instructions.

Work 5.5 days per week, rest days on Sundays. Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays when necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Responsible for the safe storage and handling of physical stock in the Warehouse.
2. Receive stock from suppliers and overseas containers, and move them into proper storage.
3. Issue stock and move them out to the loading bay and vehicles for daily deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS

1. Physically fit and able to handle heavy goods.
2. Possessing a forklift licence is an advantage, but not required.
3. Perform any other tasks as required in the Warehouse department.
4. 5.5-day work week. Able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when necessary.
