Products purchased online are exchangeable within 7 days of purchase at selected outlets in accordance of the date of order receipt. Exchanged items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase. Promotional items and undergarments are not exchangeable.

Goods sold are non-refundable. However, myCK is committed to deliver your order accurately and in good quality. Hence, as a gesture of good will, we may accept your return and refund request for the following items that is unsatisfactory:
• Defective item
• Incorrect item from the initial order
• Expired item
• Missing item
If you received any of the above items, please contact our customer service within 7 days upon receiving of your order, subjected to the following terms and conditions:
• Item must be in their original purchase condition.
• All packaging of each item must remain unopened and not defaced in any manner.
• Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack, have to be returned as a whole set.
All return requests are to be submitted to our customer service, [email protected] and the requests will be reviewed by myCK Online, subjected to approval. All successful cases will be refunded with eVoucher credit for future purchases. Our Customer Care Officer will further advise on outlets for returns, when applicable.
Please be informed that the refund value will be based on the amount you have paid after promotion discount and that membership points issued for the refunded item will be debited from your account.
