We provide regular in-house courses and other training opportunities every year for every employee. We believe learning and development are critical to the company’s and your success. Since 2010 we obtained the status of an Approved Training Organization (ATO) accredited by Workforce Development Agency (WDA), showing our continuous commitment in providing training for all our staff.
The working hours for full-time staff are:
1) Warehouse: 5.5day working week. Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm, Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm
2) Outlet staff: 7.33hrs/day rotation shift hours, 6 days include Weekends and PH is part of work week
3) HQ office staff: 5 day working week. Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 6 pm
There are many possible working time arrangements for part-timers. We welcome you to contact our HR department or walk-in to one of our outlets to discuss with the Branch Manager.
The pay for a part-time Sales Assistant & Cashier in the outlet is $8 per hour. As for the pay of full-time Sales Assistant and other positions, we will advise during the job interview.
Yes. You may join us as a part-timer during your school holiday as long as you meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years old.
